Change Analyst

About the role:

This role will be integral to reap the benefits of our new systems and processes by executing against a comprehensive change program in alignment with the Telstra Global North Star priorities of Value Stream Simplification, Global Account Management, Partner Channel Strategy, Profitable Growth, and Community of Interest Networks.

The Change Analyst will supports the Change Manager and the Telstra Global Digitization change program through change and impact analysis, stakeholder engagement and communications to drive a step-change for our sellers and support functions with their user experience and productivity.

Your Key Responsibilities and Major Tasks:

  • Support the preparation of and  conduct diagnostics including stakeholder analysis, change impact, readiness and gap assessments to improve customer outcomes
  • Develop learning, support and resource materials to support the agile delivery cycle and a user’s continuous learning path, using a persona-based approach
  • Draft and document change management documentation, including stakeholder packs, communication messages and governance collateral
  • Assist to build and manage a Global ‘Network of Excellence’ (change agents/super users) to enable continuous deployment of new features, drive usage and generate improvement ideas
  • Review and approve low risk change activities and support the Change Manager in the execution of change management plans through project administration, monitoring and reporting tasks
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver briefing sessions to small and large audiences

What we looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Formal Bachelor qualification in change management or communications (Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology). Previous experiences from telecommunication industry background would be preferred.
  • Proven experience in change management across large end to end change projects in global sales environments, digital and technology transformations.
  • Experience and expertise in Salesforce or CRM Projects, and a passion for determining how such technology can address business problems.
  • A proven track record of delivering change and achieving real outcomes in a comparable enterprise technology sales environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized individual with a mindset to continuously improve repeated activities along with being extremely responsive towards our stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including PowerPoint packages, with ability and passion to drive innovation to the business.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
