Account Executive, Melbourne

We are seeking talented individuals that are passionate about building & maintaining trust with prospective & existing customers. As a mid-market Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business transformations, shaping long term visions & supporting strategic initiatives with Company Owners, Managing Director's, CEO's, CFO's, COO's, & CIO's.

This role requires a in-depth understanding of the digital landscape, emerging trends within technology / industry and a strong focus on driving customer experience. This role also requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to adapt, negotiate & drive results that provide mutually beneficial outcomes. As part of the role you will be responsible for territory & account planning, driving omni-channel outreach campaigns, growing opportunity pipeline & accurate forecasting.

Successful candidates must have the ability to work in a team environment and work collaboratively with management, support teams & subject matter experts. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with business transformation, customer experience, c-suite advisory & technology sales experience.
  • Extensive professional network in Melbourne.
  • Successful track-record engaging c-suite & managing complexity .
  • Consistent over-achiever with KPI's & sales quota's.
  • Bachelor's level degree required.
