We are currently on the lookout for a Software Engineer to help us deliver innovative products within the digital banking sector in Australia. Working in our Customer Experience tribe, you will develop and automate the testing of robust, adaptable code that is always production-ready. By applying your skills in software engineering technologies, you will create new features and improvements throughout our technology stack, from UI to service layer, integrating with our back end systems. Through collaboration with other developers your work will improve the digital banking experience for our customers and our staff.


  • Work along the full lifecycle of software engineering from idea to working production
  • Write code that is easy to read, highly maintainable, and written with automated testing in mind
  • Build software solutions involving DB, services and/or user interface
  • Build reusable services following Service Oriented Design principles
  • Leverage best TDD/BDD practices to deliver working software

About You

  • Understanding of tools across full software delivery lifecycle, e.g. IDE, source control, CI, test, mocking, work tracking and defect management
  • Strong JAVA EE coding skills, previous experience with .Net highly regarded
  • Experience with the following technologies: Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, TDD/BDD, Junit, GIT, TFS, T-SQL/SQL Server, JBoss EAP 7, Shell script 
  • Motivated in developing own capability across industry trends, technologies, methodologies and behaviours
