Corporate Receptionist - Contract

 Job Description

As Corporate Receptionist, you will be the face and the voice of ELMO as well as a stakeholders experience Specialist. This is an engaging and dynamic role, in which you will coordinate all day-to-day office operations, support the ELMO’s Onboarding activities and liaise with suppliers, vendors, visitors, Experience Manager and our ELMOnians. You will also play a key role in the coordination of the administration activities and specials projects defined by the Experience Manager. 

What you will be doing:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Onboarding activities support, including setting new starters up and proving the right information
  • Maintaining receptionist area, boardroom and ELMO Cafe' to professional standard and preparing for company's events
  • Booking meetings and travel.

About you

  • Engaging personality: as first point of contact by phone or in person, we are looking for someone customer focused, good-natured, welcoming and with a cooperative attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously and maintain a pleasant and calm approach under pressure
  • Clear and articulate communication skills (both written and verbal) to suit a wide range of people and context
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Integrity and high level of confidentiality are essential in this role
